Your tasks

You develop long-term customer relationships based on our sales strategy. Your responsibilities are varied:

  • Telephone sales for the recruitment of new customers
  • Comprehensive telephone support and development of existing customers
  • Determining customer needs and preparing offers
  • Contact person for our customers in all respects
  • Organisational support for our Sales Manager and our project teams

As a trainee at Elabs you learn as much as possible about system architectures, hardware, software, services, analyses, system maintenance, programming techniques and user support as well as market and customer relationships in the shortest possible time. A salaried position following your training is possible.

 

Your requirements

  • At least advanced technical college entrance qualification (also college drop-outs)
  • Basic knowledge of IT and experience with operating systems and application software
  • Good German and English skills
  • Logical-analytical skills
  • Interested in solving problems efficiently
  • Independent working style, confident manner, good communication skills
